"Growing Healthy Gardens" are located at: Trinidad State Junior College, The Legacy Assisted Living Care, The World of Discovery Day Care Center, and the Community Garden on Linden Avenue.

Directions to the farm: From the West: get onto hwy 160 to La Veta- in La Veta take Hwy 12 over the Spanish Peaks and go to the town of Weston ( a general store and post office) make a left onto CR. 31.9(Wet Canyon Rd.) go 15 miles to a little white school house on your right and some mailboxes- make a left go 2 1/2 miles and after the second gate make your second right. From interstate 25: get off in Trinidad Colorado and ask how to get onto hwy 12 west to the town of Weston( a general store and post office) make a right onto CR> 31.9(Wet Canyon rd.) and go 15 miles til you see a little white school house on your right and a group of mailboxes- make a left and go 2 1/2 miles. After the second gate make your second right. *Don't go by the mailbox #'s,they are not in order* Important to clock your miles*Don't use map quest for our address-it may get you close but not to the farm
